Residential windows, installed right.

Every home is different. That’s why we install vinyl, aluminum, and wood windows from the brands homeowners and architects actually specify — matched to your style, performance needs, and budget. Factory-trained, in-house crews. One number to call.

Built for your home

Three materials. One uncompromising standard.

We stock and install vinyl, aluminum, and wood windows from the manufacturers we actually trust — not whoever happens to be running a promotion. Every line is sourced for SoCal conditions and installed by our own factory-trained crews, with the same attention to flashing, fit, and finish whether the window costs $300 or $3,000.

Aluminum, when the architecture asks for more.

For contemporary homes, large openings, and architects who care about sightlines, aluminum delivers everything vinyl can’t — narrower frames, larger glass, longer lifespan, and design flexibility you can’t get any other way. Our premium offering, Fleetwood, is what we recommend when nothing less will do.

  • 30–40 year frame lifespan with virtually no maintenance
  • Ultra-narrow sightlines maximize glass area and views
  • Thermal-break technology meets ENERGY STAR in most CA climate zones
  • Powder-coat finishes in any RAL color — dual-color interior/exterior available

FAQ

Common questions about residential windows.

Quick answers — anything we don’t cover, we’ll walk through at the free consultation.

Which material is right for my home?
It depends on aesthetics, budget, and exposure. Vinyl is the right answer for most replacement projects on tract and craftsman homes. Aluminum is the architect’s pick when sightlines and large openings matter — Fleetwood especially for premium projects. Wood is for historic homes and clients who want genuine wood interiors. We’ll walk every elevation with you and make a recommendation per room.
Do you install one brand per project, or can we mix?
Either. Many homeowners pick one line for consistency, but it’s fine to mix — e.g. Andersen wood units on the street-facing facade, aluminum on the rear elevation. We coordinate manufacturers so the install schedule stays tight.
Why is Fleetwood your premium recommendation?
Fleetwood is engineered and built in Southern California. Their narrow-sightline series, large multi-slide doors, and pivot windows have earned a reputation for the cleanest detailing in the industry. We’re a certified installer and can spec their entire residential lineup.
How long does a typical residential window install take?
Most full-home replacement jobs run 1–3 days depending on opening count and complexity. New construction and structural openings take longer. We sequence the install so your home is never open to weather overnight.
Are these windows ENERGY STAR rated?
Yes — all three materials meet ENERGY STAR requirements in California climate zones when specified with the right glass package. We default to Low-E with argon fill and recommend any climate-zone upgrades during the site walk.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. We pull permits on every project that requires one, and we’ll prepare the cut sheets and elevation drawings most HOAs need for approval. It’s part of the job.
What’s the warranty on residential windows?
Manufacturer warranties vary — most vinyl lines carry a lifetime limited frame warranty, Fleetwood and Andersen each offer their own multi-year coverage. Our installation workmanship warranty is on top of that and stays with the home.
